By accessing or using the Triangle Homebuyer Hub™ website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we are and what we are not
The Site is an independent home buyer resource that provides educational content about mortgages and home buying in the Triangle area of North Carolina, and introduces buyers to two named local experts: Bart, a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, for financing questions, and Tammy Eickhoff, REALTOR® (Carolina Homeland Partners LLC), for buying a home. We do not list properties for sale, originate mortgages, or provide brokerage or lending services ourselves. All real estate and lending services are provided by these independently licensed professionals under their own license, contract, and disclosures.
No professional advice
Content on the Site — including neighborhood overviews, mortgage program descriptions, blog posts, and listing summaries — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Always confirm material facts with a licensed agent, attorney, lender, or tax professional before making a real estate or mortgage decision.
Connecting you with an expert
When you submit a contact form, you authorize us to share the contact information you provide with the relevant expert — Bart for financing questions or Tammy for real estate questions — so they can respond to your inquiry. We do not guarantee the availability, response time, suitability, or outcome of any introduction. Any agreement you reach with an expert is solely between you and that professional.
Listings and market data
Property listings shown on the Site during the demo phase are simulated examples and do not represent properties actually for sale. Once live MLS data is integrated, listing information is provided by the originating MLS and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.
Acceptable use
- You may not submit false, misleading, or third-party contact information through any form on the Site.
- You may not scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means without prior written permission.
- You may not interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or transmit malware.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Site's design, is owned by Triangle Homebuyer Hub™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
