Our commitment
Triangle Homebuyer Hub™ is committed to making our website accessible to people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technology. We design and maintain this site to substantially conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we have done
- Semantic HTML and ARIA roles so screen readers can navigate page structure.
- Keyboard navigation support across menus, forms, and interactive components, with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA thresholds for body text and interactive elements.
- Alt text on informational images and aria-hidden on purely decorative graphics.
- Form fields with associated visible labels, descriptive error messaging, and accessible required-field indicators.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
Some third-party content (such as embedded property listings, when integrated, or maps) may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with our vendors to improve these areas over time and provide alternative ways to access the same information whenever possible.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you encounter a barrier on this site or have a suggestion for how we can improve accessibility, please tell us using the contact form on our site. We will respond promptly and offer alternative formats or assistance to help you complete your task.
Please include the page address (URL), a description of the issue, and the assistive technology and browser you are using so we can reproduce and fix it.
Ongoing improvement
We audit the site periodically and incorporate feedback from users and accessibility consultants. This statement was last reviewed in April 2026 and will be updated as the site evolves.
