Not many real estate agents have taught college students about weapons of mass destruction — but Tammy Eickhoff has. Over more than a decade in the classroom, she taught students of all ages on subjects ranging from hospitality to international security threats, sharpening a knack for simplifying the complicated, earning trust quickly, and genuinely listening. Rural property is Tammy's wheelhouse. Land, timber, farms, and rural homes — she loves every muddy acre of it — and she brings that same hands-on guidance to buyers across the Triangle, from defining the search and touring homes to making an offer and getting to closing.

Beyond Real Estate

Off the clock, you'll find Tammy hiking with her dogs Ziggy and Huck, kayaking, gardening, or adventuring with her two grandchildren. A recent trip to Mt. Rainier upgraded her from casual walker to full-on trail enthusiast. She and her husband call Clayton, NC home — where, as she puts it, the farm animals outnumber common sense.
